Shipping policy
If you wish to get in touch with us, send an email to info@onyxa.se with your case and your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as we can. You can also contact me on Instagram http://instagram.com/onyxa.
Ordering
Once you have completed your order, a payment confirmation will be sent to your email address. As well as at the time when the product is manufactured and the package is posted, there will be another email announcing this.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-7 working days within Sweden. And orders placed on weekends are sent the following Monday at the earliest.
Orders sent outside Sweden can take up to (MAX) 2 weeks, depending on where in the world you live.
Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and can be converted to other currencies.
We offer high-quality products at a reasonable price as we want as many people as possible to experience my products and get to use the crystals' properties.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have ordered a handmade and personal product(if you order jewelry or other handmade products). This means that the product made is specifically for you and cannot be returned. Also other products that are not handmade, e.g. crystals, the same applies due to hygienic reasons. However, it is possible to send back the products if, for example, you ordered the wrong size or measured incorrectly. Then you send back your product and notify us info@onyxa.se. ALWAYS notify before posting anything, we need to communicate with you and approve the package. The buyer is responsible for shipping.
Claims and complaints
I make the products myself and go through all the products carefully before they are sent to you. I also make sure to seal the products extremely carefully. Should the product still be damaged, notify this by email to info@onyxa.se. Describe as clearly and detailed as possible what is broken or destroyed, together with pictures.
You must always contact for approval before returning a broken item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
As the owner of onyxa, I have the choice to deny the complaint if I do not see that there is anything wrong with it.
When an order is placed with the shipping method regular mail, onyxa is not responsible for lost mail, only when it is traceable.
